New Orleans Saints - NFC Wild Card. They have Tampa winning the division.

There are always surprises in this league and teams in the postseason few would have expected back in, oh, May. So I'm riding a hunch here with the Saints. Look, we know they can score and score in bunches and that isn't going to change. Drew Brees in a contract year? Yeah, sign me up for some of that. And maybe Adrian Peterson actually does bring something to further boost the run game. Sean Payton knew he had to address the defense and they have done that time and again. Sure, I'd like them even more with Malcolm Butler on the roster, but they got the best corner in the draft and aside from a bit of a panic move taking a right tackle with pick No. 32 (man, Reuben Foster would have put this draft over the top had the 49ers not moved up to nab him) I love everything about their offseason. If they can restore a home field advantage, look out. I expect the NFC South to be one of the more intriguing and competitive divisions in football; the Saints and Falcons play twice within three weeks in December, which could decide who gets in.

frick the wildcard. We are gunning for a 1st round bye

They were predicting 4-12 last year. General rule of thumb is add 3 wins to the mainstream medias saints predictions. They are saying we can go 9-7 10-6 this year. So expect a 12-4 13-3 year. If the media notices us, it's mean we have a real life NFL football roster (we haven't in years). This is all drew needs to get us 12-13 dubyas

ESPN has us 24th in their power rankings. I know it doesn't mean much but they brought up valid concerns. We have such a tough division so I just can't see 12-13 wins. I can see 10-6 though.

CBS has us 13th. ESPN is an invalid source now. That's been confirmed. They recently let go of their only reputable employees

I love our draft and offseason. I think Kamara is going to be the most important piece from it with the exception of okafor breaking out for us.

Wouldn't surprise me if we won the division or came in last. I do think the division winner will have 10 or maybe 11 wins at most.

Ginn/Kamara combined replace Cooks and more when you consider their return man skills compared to Cooks.

I think we'll actually have good special teams for the first time in years if our kicker can fix that trajectory issue. Seems like he did over final 6 games of year.
