Annoying neighbors

My neighbor is actually a really nice guy but for some unknown reason he set his generator to test itself at 6am.. on a SUNDAY (and he has kids). I wouldn't care if it was a week day but on the last day of the weekend? cmon...

My neighbors aren't annoying 
House on left is actually now an AirBnB house that usually only gets rented on weekends. So far only have had a couple of annoying people stay there and be loud by the home's pool at night. House on right the owner is around the same age as my husband and I and is very laid back nice guy that travels out of the country a lot for his work.

As long as they keep their yards clean I really don't care. I'm not home most weekends and noises early and late don't really bother me.

My inconsiderate neighbors use to let their cat out to do it's business in my bush/flower beds. Damned cat would piss, shite, dig holes and the stench was terrible. I trapped the damn thing in a cage one weekend and got my revenge. Yep, I pissed all over that damned cat while it was in the varmint cage. The Mrs wouldn't allow me to hook up the car battery.
And yes, I released it. It stayed away too.
