Poor fricker.
Jim Acosta’s banishment from WH will last AT LEAST another day as judge delays decision on CNN’s lawsuit
Zoe Tillman

@ZoeTillman
NEW: DC federal judge has postponed today's 3pm announcement of a decision in CNN's challenge to the revocation of Jim Acosta's White House hard pass until tomorrow at 10am. From yesterday:
Replying to @ZoeTillman
The judge didn't explain why he was delaying announcing a ruling on CNN's motion for a temporary restraining order immediately reinstating Acosta's hard pass — most judges, at least in this court, just publish a written opinion whenever they're ready, so this is all unusual

@GPollowitz
CNN argued that the 1st Amendment was at stake for every minute Acosta had no hard pass. Apparently not.

What conspiracy theories will pop up if he rules in favor of CNN

If the judge rules in favor of CNN, Trump should expand the presspool to 200 organizations, and watch CNN sue (again) to deny press passes to their competitors.

If CNN deserves a pass, then so does Coast to Coast. Their information they dispense is on par with each other.
Well, at least Coast to Coast is entertaining.

I don't think the White House has the balls to do it, but if that happens they should move him to the very back and simply not call on him. Start and assigned seating area (if that doesn't already exist).

Banks close at 5 and open at 9.

There is a seating order, and the major media orgs are VERY interested in maintaining it. The ones on the front row are very proud of the prestige.
I’d love to see a lawsuit about seat order.

If the Judge rules in favor of CNN then President Trump will never call on Acosta to ask a question ever again anyway.

Awesome. I really wish we'd see them move CNN to the back and replace them with Vanity Fair or something like that.

Let him back in and make him sit in the back with the janitors.

I heard on the Michael Berry show yesterday that CNN has a total of 50 WH reporters, so, no.

And he should have Alex Jones sit in the front row of every press briefing and be called on first.

Would tune into every press conference.
Could you imagine the questions that would be asked

Apparently CNN thinks if they have only 49 presstitutes covering the WH then they are being denied their First Amendment Right.
