Not familiar with several names especially Baird or Mihailovic - what kind of MFs are they?

Baird

Played mostly CF for RSL tis year (winger a couple of games and as a sub). He's solid, but I don't think he has USMNT potential at all. He's super raw, quick, but not fast, has a knack for volleys and 1-2's, but won't really create a shot on his own. He did score some goals, but most were opportunistic. He did have a couple of great runs and he gets his head to the bal well on crosses, but he isn't polished or precise.

Berhalter said Jozy is still injured, but will visit the camp for a few days.

Attacking mid. Missed most of this season with an injury, but had a goal and 3 assists in 9 games after returning.

Berhalter said he had conversations with every Scandinavian-based player's teams. Romain Gall has European competition with Malmo in February and thus was resistant to releasing him for camp.

Saw some talk that Parker may not fit Berhalter's style. Not sure about the other three, although it sounds like he talked with all of their clubs.

Other than 1 or 2 names, I'm not too excited. Man, what a dearth of in-prime talent we have.

I'd like to see Trusty and McKenzie get a game together.

Trapp and Zardes are there largely to help teach the system.

Ebobisse had a good 2nd half of the season.

Djordje would be interesting if he can give us an option as a 10.

Oh dear lord. What's he want, a CB that can do backflips on the pitch? Parker's about the closest thing the prototypical CB in MLS.

He wants his CBs to at least be decent with the ball. He's a good defender, but I've seen multiple people say his ball skills are fairly poor.

I've never paid much attention to Parker, so I have no idea if that's true or not.

After some more thought, if there's some u23 matches coming up, they may be planning for them to part of that camp, and they didn't want to bring them over back to back.
