Amazing what a good lesson can do...

I’ve been hitting like crap with my irons for 6+ months now and just kept repeating the same swing hoping I would get lucky and make solid contact.
My daughter(no pics) works at 265 and got me a lesson for Christmas. Weather was finally decent and went yesterday and pretty much got me finding the sweet spot much more consistently.Hit for about 45 minutes on the range afterwards and found my old ball flight.
If you’ve been putting off getting a lesson...pay the money and quit being frustrated.

Or get someone else to pay it for you....Like you did. :)

I took my one and only golf lesson about 6 years ago. lasted about 30-45 minutes. it shaved 15 strokes on avg for the next 3 or 4 years. I haven't played regularly enough lately for any of it to matter but it really is incredible what having a pro watch you swing for 5 minutes can do

At the very least, setup your phone while you are at the range to record your swing. You really need to see your swing in action to understand what you are doing right/wrong

Chase...I’ve gotten a couple lessons from Shaun over the past 2 years. My daughter wanted to go a little cheaper this time around.
He did a great job for me and believe he’s close to being PGA certified.

I am taking lessons at Golftec in Atlanta. In less than a dozen lessons I have gone from zero skills to not embarrassing myself. The video stills with the mark-up overlay help you see the physics involved. The drills they recommend help also.
