Are the Pels viewing NAW as a PG only? If so it’s going to be an interesting battle between Frank Jackson and NAW because he looked very good throwing g love to Hayes Monday night. I love the bench options this team has.

Wonder what Shaun Livingston would cost?

I have a feeling NAW is capable of being either. They just have him at point now while sitting Frank for the rest of summer league.

NAW being versatile enough to be either the point or the two would give us a lot of leeway in lineups as well as in eventual trade discussions if we need to send someone out.

NAW = Jrue replacement way down the road.

He's a combo guard, similar to Jrue.

Livingston will only go to a contender but he doesn’t fit our team anyway. We need shooters and he is the rare PG that never shoots 3’s.

I wonder how much longer it’ll be before we just quit calling players PG, SG, SF, PF, and C. It’s just not the game anymore.

Fred Vinson said he tried to start him at the 2 but he took over the 1 pretty much on his own lol. I think he might have been making a statement.

It’ll come back around at some point. I get spacing and stuff, but guys like Boogie playing PG kills me.

Pretty sure Livingston is gonna take a front office position with the Warriors

I get the hunch that they're trying to acquire a veteran backup PG.

Livingston insists he isn’t done playing yet.

NAW is more of a PG than frank

and livingston has made a career out of midrange jumpshots. he would be a bad fit on this team.

Maybe they plan to use Ingram as a point forward similar to what Lebron does when Lonzo isn’t on the floor.

Several of those passes would not have been successful in live league action. We haven’t made JJ and Favors official, so I am assuming there is a roster move left. Finch also said that Ingram will play some PG, so I think he Jrue and Zion will initiate when Lonzo sits.

Favors is official (as of Sunday), Redick is not yet.

Ingram can run the offense as a point forward.

We have enough play-making on the team to where it won't matter who the backup "PG" is. The team will share play-making responsibilities

Yeah we have a few guys who can play PG now - personally I want Jrue doing most of the ball handling.

I feel like barring injury, 75-85% of your PG minutes are going to be staggered and distributed between Lonzo and Jrue.

They both probably start each half but Lonzo goes out for Reddick, then maybe Frank or Naw get some quick run and even Ingram is running point a bit, then Lonzo comes back in, followed by Jrue.
