Best paid IOS games for phone?

I’ve got $10 in Apple Cash and looking to buy a couple games. Have never bought any games on iOS before. So anything is open.

I play Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, the most. It's free but has micro transactions.

I used to play that game religiously but finally broke myself of the habit. At the highest levels you find that all strategy vanishes and everyone plays whichever faction was most recently revamped/released, because the power creep has gotten out of control.

As someone already mentioned, the iOS version of Roller Coaster Tycoon is actually pretty good.
I’ve been playing a lot of Horus Heresy: Legions. It’s a CCG, but simple and contained enough that it isn’t a huge chore to learn. And it’s pretty well-balanced, too. It’s based on the 40K universe so the art and backstory are fantastic. You can play for free or you can invest a little to try and get a leg up.
