Those are phenomenal 
They really did a great job making the show feel like the video games. I can fully appreciate why some may not like the show, especially if they went in assuming it was going to be some GOT replacement, but damn did I love the season.

Yea I started realizing they were doing it when Geralt's armor started jumping around all the time.
It did give a really nice payoff in the end, how they did it, but it was certainly confusing early on.
