Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, and the UAE on Tuesday issued statements welcoming the Trump administration's peace plan.

The arab countries with the money (SA, Qatar, and the UAE) and the country with the muscle (Egypt) have come out in support of the plan. The Palestinians better get on board or else they will find themselves cut off.

Oh wait, I forgot that the Palestinians do not want peace and do not want to recognize Israel.

Once Iran and Qatar are brought to heed, the plan will happen much to the chagrin of Dems and the media in the US.

And Donald J Trump will go down as the greatest POTUS in our nation's history.

Trump is already the best in my lifetime. Reagan was a boss also.

I wouldn’t put any value in their statements.

They will do nothing.

No it won't. The Palestinians do not want to make peace with Israel. If they wanted to make peace with Israel they would have actually done something by now. It's been over 40 years since Egypt made peace with Israel and over 25 since Jordan did. During that time the only thing that Palestine has done is cry to the UN and launch rockets at Israel.

Reagan will always be the GOAT. Trump will be a close 2nd.

Doing nothing would be an improvement. Doing nothing would mean that they shut off the money to the Palestinians.

The Palestinians want what Iran tells them to want, hence my Iran comment.

Reagan's policies brought down the Soviets, the greatest threat to not only the US, but the west in general. Hard to top that. However, if Trump can somehow forge a lasting peace plan in the mideast. GOAT status, no doubt about it. That would be the greatest Presidential achievement in foreign policy of all time.

Maybe that’s why Bolton is in Qatar - to scuttle DJT’s peace plans

If President Trump negotiates peace in the ME, the melt will be significant. Will be fun to watch.

The Arabs will rarely tell you no. They’ll say yes even as they do the opposite of what you asked.

I think it has something to do with saving face. Both yours and theirs.

The Palestinians are just a game piece used by Iran.

All of them are mostly toothless with regard to the Palestinians.

They are already cut off from these regimes for the most part.

The Palestinians might earn some goodwill by saying they will negotiate if this deal in its current form is the absolute bottom, but there is no trust between the affected parties, and the Palestinians have no trust in the US as a mediator. What the Gulf Arabs do is of little concern, but for some reason in his king making Kushner didn't realize it isn't 1916 anymore. A serious deal would have included the Palestinians from the start, and would not have included Israeli control of settlements in the West Bank.

My view is that this deal is to try to push the narrative that there is no satisfying the Palestinians, and thus the Israeli's will push for full annexation. Annexation will have its own problems, especially 20 years down the road.

How many times do they have to get the shite kicked out of them before they recognize Israel is their daddy?

Palestinian leaders are scared to. They’ll be murdered by their radicals, just like Anwar Sadat was.
On the bright side, this would make Democrats giddy.

Very weird relationship with a non Arab and non Sunni country.

The old enemy of my enemy axiom I suppose.
