Curbing SJW judicial activism, 'Universal Injunctions'

As we know, left-wing SJW's will 'judge shop' to get a law stopped that they do not like.
How many times has the left done this to DJT in regards to the building a real southern wall to protect our nations people?
Looks like the US Senate Judiciary Committee will take this up and discuss ways to stop this travesty.

Probably so. That's why its going to be of the utmost importance we keep the US Senate and WH in GOP hands.
DJT is filling the US Courts with strict constitutionalists(hopefully). If DJT can keep that up for the next 5 years, the US Federal judiciary will be solid for the next 30 years and it will effect the US for the next 3 generations.
If Bolshevik Bernie gets the Dem nomination, its very possible to get a triple sweep, the WH, the US Senate and the US House.

Republicans had this the first 2 years of Trumps presidency and pissed it away.

Thank you Paul Ryan. Just shows how bad the republicans were just a few short years ago. Those idiots practically begged Ryan to take the speaker job, and he may have been the biggest republican POS in congress.

Yep, DC is full of sludge.
One of the biggest mistakes our Founding Fathers made was NOT to put term limits on federally elected officials.
IDK if they just didn't foresee what would happen when a politician could be reelected for as long as he/she can or they just thought they would step down after a term or two and then go back into private life.
Regardless, we have to make efforts to curb the judicial activism from the left. They are destroying our nation.
