Massive numbers of Texas voters have reportedly participated in early voting for next week's runoff elections, despite cases of COVID-19 continuing to skyrocket in the state. Around 800,000 Texans had taken part in early voting at a "historic pace" through Wednesday, according to The Dallas Morning News. The total includes more than 482,000 voters who took part in Democratic primary runoff elections and 316,500 who voted in Republican runoffs.

"We're talking about extremely high turnout for a runoff," David de la Fuente, a senior political analyst at the centrist think tank Third Way, told the paper. "It has to be anger at Donald Trump and maybe state Republicans."

The day Texas turns blue, it’s over

Yes must be anger at republicans and not at the rioters and instigators. No always bad republicans.

I love that you soy boys think Texas is going blue, please waste all your money and time in the state.

Of course it is. Third Way is anything but a centrist think tank. You first have to be open to other thought to be a think tank.

The think tank's supporters and advocates include Democratic politicians, other center-left think tanks and individual donors.

1-Dims always outvote GOP in the Mail.
2-Trump is a certainty.
3-Biden is a liability.
4- Covid assures that Mail in voting will be a larger percentage of the vote than normal.
5-Newsweek is libtarded Fake News trying to increase Demonrat and decrease GOP enthusiasm.
No larger conclusions can be drawn.

I don’t think anybody’s going to admit to that.

Texas will never go blue . It’s comical that people believe the filth can turn this state blue . Trump will win the state by more then 10 points .

It will if the border isn’t secured.

At some point Texas will go blue, but I still think we are a couple decades from that point. The political dynamics are changing fast though. There was a report I listened to on the radio a couple years ago and I did some digging on it. Liberals are moving to conservative states at an enormous rate, whereas conservatives either stay where they are at, or mostly move to other conservative states. At some point most of our states will go purple or blue.

Live in NW Houston. I have not seen one Biden bumper sticker, yard sign or any campaign paraphenalia. I see at least 3 Trump flags on every street.

I mean Trump will win Texas but counting yard signs in Houston doesn’t mean much. Trump will get destroyed there just like he did in 2016.

Trump won Texas by 10 points in 2016. The shills keep marking it pink on a map.
