Life is tough and seemingly unbearable sometimes. Yesterday morning, my dear friend passed away from cancer at the young age of 46 then my wonderful uncle passed away a few hours ago also from cancer.

I’ve never lost two loved ones so close together. Life is so incredibly short. The good really do go first and too early.

Both my paternal grandparents within 3 weeks of each other. Aunt and maternal grandmother died in that same year.

2013 was rough.

Not in the same day but I’ve lost two extremely close friends in the same week (about a month ago) one to suicide and the other had a “silent chest” asthma attack.

Thoughts and prayers to you and yours

Not on the same day, but from 14-16 I lost my brother, Grandmother, and girlfriend. I've actually had a friend/family member die every year from 14-25

Prayers going out your way. We lost my Aunt and her Son 8 days apart in August 2011. Both were in ICU at St. Tammany Hospital at the same time in rooms next to one another and neither knew the other was there. Them were some tough times

Sorry for your loss TG10. Give yourself a chance to regroup and get your thoughts together. The tendency is to try and run 90 mph at times like these.

Wow.In 59 years of life,and of course,death of loved ones,I haven't.

I'm very sorry for your losses.

I hope and pray that you, somehow, create enough inner peace and strength to get through this.

I'm a listener to Dr. Jordon Peterson. He said something that I thought was powerful.

Try to be the person at your Father's funeral that is a source of,not strength, but;the one that gets your family through such a terrible thing, while not adding to the suffering.

That's a tough thing for me to contemplate.

Bless you and your Family and Friends.

It's tough.I'm cutting onions,so I'll stop.

Not two in a day, but I lost my mother, my father and my brother within a year and a half. Recently, two friends in the same week.

I am sorry for your losses. Hope your heart heals soon.

I lost a friend in the armed forces to a training accident in the same week that I lost another very close friend to suicide. Was also going through a breakup at the time. It was a rough week. It sucks now but keep their memories close. You will get through this.

Never had that experience, which would be devastating.
Sorry for your loss.

I lost my mom March of my senior year of HS and then lost my Grandmother later on in early July. Was an extremely difficult time but there’s nothing to do but keep pushing forward. My prayers with you in this tough time

Not in the same day. But I've had a ton of loss. My dad passed from cancer while we were visiting on Thanksgiving 2018. My mom passed 4 months later and I sat with her through hospice.

Loss is very very tough. I do not check my TD email but if you want to talk let me know and I'll send my number or personal email.
