Orgeron took a very subtle jab at Shelvin on the way out, slipping in his weight was 375. If that’s the case, Shelvin clearly lost some motivation in the offseason and has some work to do.

Chase is a totally different situation, as he is a guaranteed top ten pick. These guys need this season for their draft stock, so it makes sense for them to come back.

Good for Farrell. He had an emotional situation that has hopefully resolved well. Hope they bring him back with open arms. Shelvin quit on his team for nothing other than self-interest and is likely coming back only because he realized he was hurting his draft stock and would weigh 450 pounds if he didn’t play. I would not give him anything.
