Less than two years ago she was living a dream with a great job working with wonderful people that were mostly “buddies” at her job.

Listened to the NLU podcast with her earlier this week. While it sounded like there are some serious issues on the Golf Channel management side, it sounded more to me like your typical office politics/favoritism stuff, strong personalities clashing and such rather than actual gender discrimination or marginalization of women.
It sounded like she and Brandel Chamblee didn't get along at all, but like him or not, he moves the needle more than Lisa Cornwell does, so of course Golf Channel is going to side with him.
Now her getting sent packing from the ANA because she reported that a Mizuno staffer had to buy her own off the rack irons because Mizuno wouldn't send any was bush league on Golf Channel's part.
There's a lot of he said, she said stuff, and no doubt the truth lies somewhere in the middle.

If I remember correctly, the Mizuno deal was something like she's had to buy off the rack because Mizuno didn't have it close enough to get it before tournament. It made Mizuno lol like they didn't support women or the sport. Mizuno was probably really upset about that....

The story she told was that it was 10 days out from the tournament, and Mizuno refused to overnight the iron heads even when the player offered to pay for the shipping. At least that's her side of it, but she also said it was verified by both the player and the coach. I'm sure there's more to the story though.
