Every one of these guys brought up JT’s grandfather dying in an attempt to make him emotional. Such a dick move. Let the dude enjoy the win...he’ll talk about it if chooses to.

And they all asked what did he think Tiger was thinking about the win. I’m as big of a Tiger fan as there is but who the frick cares lol.

Just needed to get that off my chest. Thanks. Dear Facebook...

Thomas with 14 wins on tour now. Crazy since he’s only been a pro since 2013.

Just to put into context, David Toms who I think is an amazing golfer has 13 wins on tour and turned pro in 1989.

Agreed on that approach for sure. I couldn't help but get a little tingle in my throat watching JT's interview and compare it to Douchembeau's fake emotions after winning Arnold's tournament. Made me dislike B.A.D. even more.

Other than DJ probably the best on tour the past 5 years, in my opinion.

This is where I'm at, believe it or not. I've been trying. I appreciate what he's doing on the course but can't stand his behavior.

The hat is a non issue for me. I tried hard to like him but after his Masters interview from last year I have a hard time. Acting like he didn’t feel good. Then last week that interview of him being fake emo in reference to Arnold Palmer “he changed lives”... give him the Emmy.

I also think he’s just good at golf and the “science” shite is just his schtick.

And can we end the charade of having these guys stand 15 feet away during the interview?

They asked one question about the actual golf that just took place, 2 questions about Tiger and then the question about his grandfather. I’m surprised they didn’t continue asking questions while he was fighting off the cut onions in the room.

The post golf interviews are a joke unless it’s Balionis. She is legit.

It's not just that...it's the fact that anytime you watch anything golf related, the commentator can't get off his nuts. He's good, even really good at times, but he's not great.

I wish JT would have said, "I want to thank all of my sponsors that stuck with me. I would also like to give a big frick you to Ralph Lauren."

I'm a bit indifferent on Dechambeau. He seemingly had a goal and has accomplished it to a degree. His drive is in the PGA realm of streaky and accurate and you can't deny the distance. As far as the effectiveness of what he's doing, he's not dominating the field with the distance advantage.

The hat is just a thing but I don't like it. I also have a pretty strong opinion on the putter he uses. Those long putters seem like they're a compensation for not being able to hit a conventional putter.

Lastly, his personality is somewhat indicative of what someone on the spectrum displays. I don't say that to say he's on the spectrum, but he has a physics degree which tells me he isn't a dummy, and he's got that bit of social retardation and DGAF mentality that kinda reminds me of a highly functioning autistic person displays.

I could see that. He has an eye twitch thing that alot of people on the spectrum have.

Did you hear JT’s hot mic retort as they ended the interview... “Damn Steve! Why did you do that to me”

I agree bringing up his dead grandpa is a shite move, but sports reporters are about the lowest of a (mostly and largely) cellar dwelling profession.

That said, maybe it will help JT. Nothing
Like a little genuine emotion to make folks forget about the “unfortunate” remarks. Notice how that frick-face reporter mentioned that shite too. I’m glad he won just cause they caused so
Much grief to the kid over a nothing burger comment.

Oh and RL can suck a huge fig dick for dropping him. Karma frickers.

When I think of indifferent I think of someone like Dustin Johnson who just shows no emotion. Hard to really have an opinion of the guy.

Dechambeau is at least polarizing enough in that most people love or hate him.
