Not yet, but it’s a Fortune 500, so I’m expecting it.

No but don’t forget to code the time you took off to get the vaccine to this special HR code.

The vaccines currently have Emergency Use Authorization rather than full FDA approval. Requiring employees to take them under these circumstances is questionable. If an employer did require the vaccine and the employee suffered some ill effects then he or she would be eligible for Worker's compensation.

And a potential lawsuit against the employer for making it mandatory.

No. They have asked everyone to get it though.

I've been seeing companies back down when you bring this up.

Just went down the rabbit hole reading about the first clinical trials using unmodified siRNAs which resulted in immune-related toxicities and questionable RNAi effects. Makes me question the long term effects from receiving an RNA based vaccine.

I’m contract — the facility is mandating that I be vaccinated before I’m allowed back on the building.

Not one other person contract or regular employee is being required to be vaccinated.

I’m heathier than majority of those and had zero risk factors to qualify me for it until it was open to everyone.

I’ll do telemed until they say no more and then I’ll resign. Fortunate to have that luxury.

My company is requiring we all get it by the end of the month. If we don't get the vaccine, we are "voluntarily" quitting...so not eligible for unemployment either.

This is a manufacturing facility of around 100 people.

I put in for a religious exemption. They then asked me to handwrite an explanation of my beliefs.

Now, I got a letter this week telling me I have 90 days from the day I contracted The Rona to get the vaccine. Or, resubmit my religious exemption request.

I guess I have 90 days to see if I still believe the same way.

I'd hire a lawyer. Discrimination isn't a path the company wants to take. There is no voluntary resign . Make them fire you..

I'm a healthcare worker who isn't getting it along with about half of the rest of the people in the hospital. The hospital hasn't mandated or even tried to pressure us to do it but at the same time they have made it known to be available to us. Should they require it in the future I'm locked & loaded with religious reasoning & I will lawyer up.

What is some good religious objections? I don't prescribe to any religious ideals, but I can be persuaded. Whatever it takes to tell my employer to eat a dick. I'm not getting stabbed.
