Denmark asylum: The Syrian refugees no longer welcome to stay

Lots of liberals are pissed about this but it seems pretty sensible to me. Refugees=/=permanent migrants.

Probably because they've seen what a scourge it's been on Belgium and Germany to their south.

The perception of the Scandinavian countries as universally far left is also attributable to a different understanding of what “liberal” and “socialist” mean in terms of European usage vs the domestic US political lexicon

The Danes have always struck me as being more practical than their dumbass blond neighbors to their north, the Swedes, when it comes to self-preservation. Hope they don't give in.

I have a friend that lives in Denmark and 10 years ago he was saying Muslims were great people. About 5 years ago that changed to frick muslims.

The world should all put in to build a massive wall around the entire middle east... nothing good there at all. Israel, sorry but you're stuck... not like you were driving out of your country anyway.

Denmark screwed up with Bosnian refugees, and they vowed to never make the same mistake again.

I didn't know they had set up the ghettos in Sweden. I do know they've done the exact same thing in Belgium so that's why I used them as an example.
If I recall correctly, they nabbed a couple Muslims in the "no-go" zones of Belgium after one of the big attacks on France a few years ago. May have been the Bataclan club attack.

I'm very (pleasantly) surprised! Denmark IS liberal but in a uniquely Danish way. They are not very interested in 'diversity' and strongly hold on to Danish tradition. They only allow the Danish flag to be flown, for example.

Islamic doctrinal hijrah has no provison for just voluntarily giving up the gains made by slickly insinuating themeselves into the target countries.
The tactic has worked too well for the last 1400 years to even entertain such thoughts about relinquishing the power they acquire from sheer numbers.
