Biden says the greatest threat to America is "white supremacy". Has there been some event(s) that have happened to give him cause to say this or is he just pushing an agenda?

He followed it up by saying poor kids are just as smart as white kids and black entrepreneurs are too stupid to get lawyers and accountants and elderly black people are too stupid to get to a cvs even if it’s less than a mile from their house but fortunately him and his white friends can show them the way.
