We’ll see if he actually does anything, which republicans are known not to do. But the fact that he’s sounding the alarm and pushing back against pharmacies that are blocking ivermectin is nice.

Now if he would just grow a bigger spine and push back on Edward’s face diaper mandate.

I just spoke to my doctor about a prescription and he said the pharmacy board is actually reaching out to pharmacies and telling them not to fill any ivermectin prescriptions. What the hell is going on. Ivermectin is a safe drug and always has been

Yes because JBE and the LDH know better than one's personal physician.

Anyone who can’t see the push by DC and the corporations to use all this COVID shite as a control tool…has their head firmly planted up their arse.

The pharmacy board of Louisiana did do pretty much that. They backed off after Landry sent them a pretty explicit letter.

It's so ridiculous that pharmacists are telling doctors what they can and can't prescribe.

Will pharmacists now take on the lability insurance that doctors pay?

I was prescribed ivermectin as a precaution to a scabies outbreak at work years ago. I don’t understand why it’s a big deal.

Anyone in Florida have any Rx denied? Can’t see that happening here

Because it's an effective anti-viral when taken early that will reduce the rate of hospitalizations. Hospitalizations are big money and a wealth distribution scheme.

2 weeks ago I emailed Dan Patrick in TX, told him that he and Abbott could score big by providing access to ivermectin. Nothing has happened. Way to go AG Landry

Glad Jeff Landry finally has the balls now to stand up to stuff or JBE. He didn’t back during the governor’s race in 2019. He could’ve run and won, but chickened out to incumbent JBE. Landry is responsible for the clown show in the governor’s mansion.

I just emailed his office about pharmacies not filling prescriptions. Hopefully he keeps up the fight

Maybe Landry could have done more on opposing the mandates and maybe not.

But the Republican majority Legislature could have certainly ended the mandates at any time. Of course, they did nothing because most of them are worthless.

The election was stolen. New Orleans is cheating their butts off. Edwards didn't win.

CVS seems all in on rejecting Ivermectin prescriptions.

If you live in BR, I’d advise using a pharmacy at an Albertsons. They’re a bit under the radar but filled my IVM prescription a few months ago and the staff is friendly. Granted this was before the pharmacy assault on IVM, I still think they would fill according to testimonials from some friends.

My script for early treatment following a positive test (didn’t actually have covid at the time):

Doxycycline
Prednisone
Budesonide
Hydroxychloroquine
Ivermectin
Vit D3 (over the counter)
Zinc (OTC)
Vit C (OTC)
Quercetin (OTC)

Got them all at home ready to go if I get sick.

Landry is not my first choice for conservative savior. He's better than a democrat, but that won't matter to the 44% of LA voters who have no political affiliation.

Which doctors in and around Baton Rouge are prescribing it? Went to an urgent care last week and they said they do not.
