I guess they're trying to find a silver lining, but they're both carrying on about how the markets are tanking because of the vote. It's an attempt at creating hysteria.
They claimed the exact same thing when Brexit happened. "Oh, the markets are tanking." It recovered. Now, they're repeating the narrative. These are the ones trying to instill fear in the populace. It's disingenuous & a blatant lie. Our market is a house of cards anyway, built on sand.

There will be a huge market reset sometime in the next 4 years thanks to the dims printing money to prop it for the last 8 years. QE1, QE2, QE3 ...

Markets should tank. Fortune 500 companies can't buy politicians any more to represent them and give them favorable business climates that hurt the rest of us

Of course they hate unexpected news. They're concerned about the market being propped up by government. The Fed's already said they're likely raising rates next month.
I'm not buying anything & have been buying very little the past couple years. Things are about to reset. THEN, it'll be time to buy
