While I wished Bernie Sanders had been the one to do it, I have to say that the Clinton-Blair ideology of third way politics between socialism and capitalism must go away.

Clintonism is neoliberal economics and neoconservative foreign policy. While I suspect that Trump is a neoliberal remember he was a registered Democrat and a neoconservative the defeat of Clintonism with the Democratic Party is a long-term positive for the left in this country.

Though I do fear the next four years for people who are not white and or poor and have disabilities and other things that make them different.

I truly hope you don't believe that. Trump is a successful businessman. He doesn't care about race, sex, sexual preference or any of the bullshite excuses/fearmongering that liberal progressives perpetuate. Capitalism has made the U.S. the most successful nation in the history of mankind. Trump if anything is a capitalist. He will probably run our government more like a well managed business that will benefit all Americans.

How do you explain his support among the alt-right, the KKK, Nazis and white supremacist groups.

We will see an increase in crimes against people who are not white and more vandalism and attacks against minority places, institutions and people.

Hate crimes went up in Britain after the Brexit Vote.

I would never thought that I would say this, but I agree with Ralph_Wiggum. The Clintons represented the worst of both sides of the political isle all wrapped up in one.

Get your fricking head out of your arse. Black people are running around shooting cops and playing the knock out game on unsuspecting white people and we get fricking crickets from the left on it. Socialist, liberal losers like you just got punched in the mouth and told to shut the frick up by the silent majority.

So take heed and sit the frick down and shut the frick up.

Rest easy knowing that your 'fear' is counter-balanced by my total indifference.

Well we cancel each other out. But I predict we will see more acts of vandalism and violence against minorities in this country due to the fact that alt right and racists think it is okay now given Trump's victory.
