The Tea Party did not come into being because of Obama. It came into being because of tax policy. The earliest they started to make a national impact was 2010 election cycle.

You're stretching it bro. Republicans do not take it to the streets. Even those "evil" Tea Party types.

Some tea parties here and there. Nothing like this. Nothing even close.

Are you sure that the Tea Party rallies occurred during Obama's time as President-Elect? I think you are wrong about this.

Eh, I remember them having the don't tread on me flag. If they were t, they probably soon became part of it Tea party formed soon after that election. I don't think it was an "organized" tea party protest, but some protests did happen.

I think people are getting too hung up on this though. When I said here and there, I mean it was sparce. May not have been 100 people total. My point was that it happens on both sides, but what we're seeing is unprecedented.

Another internet tough guy.

I don't need to read about protests that did not happen after the 2008 election.

Dumbass.

Did you read it? It clearly states when and why the movement began...
There were no protests concerning the election of Obama. It wasn't even formed at the time. To make the point even further, it was formed as a protest of the TARP bailout signed by Bush.

quote:

The Tea Party protests were a series of protests throughout the United States that began in early 2009. The protests were part of the larger political Tea Party movement.[1]

Among other events, protests were held on:

February 27, 2009, to protest the Troubled Assets Relief Program (TARP) U.S. financial system bailouts signed by President George W. Bush in October 2008, and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 stimulus legislation signed by President Barack Obama;[2]

I never once implied they were evil. Calm down dude. There were some, very sparse, but they happened. Definitely were not organized though.

An old cranky man that would tell you to stay of his grass is not a protest. It is a person being disgruntled and probably racist because McCain lost (I can even see that). But it is not a protest. I doubt there was even one instance of an organized protest. That is not the way Republicans roll. They are the Law and Order types. They just take it.

So you are well aware there were no post-election protests by the Tea Party.

There is some brilliance for you

Democrats riot any time they get overly excited. They riot when they win sports championships and they riot when they lose elections. It's' what they do. They are violent and unstable people.

A couple drunk freshman came back from the square in Oxford after the 2012 election, burned an Obama sign and yelled out the n word.

Time magazine called it a bunch of racists rioting because they were white so obvious racists

Again, you are missing the forest for the trees. My point still remains that the right has never done something like this. You want to get hung up on the fact I vaguely remember some simple protests then go for it, but you're wasting your time.

You don't get it do you? Donald poses a greater threat to the Soros's of the world than ever before. He has a mandate to get shite done that they oppose. He is a threat to open borders, govt run health care and globalism. The rent of mob protests serve one purpose. It's an attempt to undercut his mandate and weaken him before he ever takes the oath of office. They may not intimidate Don, but they can sure intimidate those timid republicans in congress and others that he will need to work with to get shite done.
