I was fairly liberal when I was under 25. Real life sets in and your views change.

A lot of millenials vote for social causes rather than fiscal ones.
That will change once they start making money.
However, it would REALLY change rapidly if Republicans would enter the 21st century when it comes to gays and pot.
That's just the way it is.
I'm 28 and work hard for my money and vote for fiscal policy reasons more than anything, much like everyone I know, but we are all still really disgusted with GOP stance on many social issues. Some of those overlap into fiscal issues as well such as the Drug War and Marijuana legalization.
Republicans had a huge victory yesterday, but to sustain success I am telling you that some changes need to be made. Not every Democratic candidate is going to suck as much as Hilary.

When I was in that category I voted for Clinton in 1992. I'm far Right at this point.

8 years ago I was 18 and voted for the first time and I'm ashamed to say I voted for Obama. I'm 26 now and I did my part to MAGA yesterday.

Think a few million hippies from the late 60's voted for Reagan in 80?

Yeah, then they'll vote for a reality tv guy who represents them and their struggles of paying back their student loans

Were fricked when these Millennial losers get control

I thought millenials were 18-34?

Fear not. When they have to buy their own health insurance that map will flip. I had to once I moved out of my parent's house. Of course, back then, I only paid something like $35 a month.

I bet if you look at that map throughout history, it looks the same.
People grow and realize "frick, my parents were right"

Getting a job, paying a mortgage, 1.5 kids, taxes, etc has a way of changing people.

Youngsters always like socialism until they get older and have things worth keeping.

Home ownership is dropping and childless couples are on the rise though.
