With Uzomah out for the year, is Sample worth a look at TE for the Bengals?

In a vacuum I would say yes, he is worth a look. But it really boils down to what other options are available imo.

He was heralded as a blocking TE coming out. Burrow did throw 60 times, so take his line with a grain of salt. They just have all those pass catchers already

I’d rather Mo Alie Cox, Logan Thomas, Schultz,

I have Thomas. Lost Jarwin in W1 and picked up Schultz in a few leagues,

If you had to bet on one ROS who would it be?

ROS - it definetely wouldn't be Cox as Doyle will return eventually.

Schultz and Thomas is a bit of a tossup. Thomas has been getting a lot of snaps and targets, but Haskins is his QB and Washington shouldn't be expected to score a bunch of TD's.

Schultz finds himself in what would have been the Jarwin role, which was expected by many to produce top 10-12 TE results in a good Dallas offense.

It's a flip of the coin, but i'd lean Schultz.

ETA: I dropped Thomas for Schultz in a league where i'm carrying a second TE.

Watching to see if MAC supplants Doyle, he’d be my guy if he can run with that job

Otherwise, Logan Thomas. 27% target share, running majority from the slot, leads team in RZ targets. Only 47% of his targets have been deemed catchable, hence the low numbers. CLE has been soft to TEs thus far, could be the week

I’m more optimistic than most that this will happen. I think Doyle is way overrated. I know he’s a blocker but even taking that into consideration he’s hyped too much

Are you saying it can be healed 100% after a week or two? Likelihood of reinjury?

If it is a mild grade I there isn’t that much damage to begin with. The tissue is overall very stable and very few fibers are really compromised. The tissue is more irritated than it is truly deformed or unstable. Leveon played the next weekend after his a few years ago.

Zack Moss isn't practicing for the 2nd day in a row due to a toe injury. This would be good news for Singletary if Moss can't go.

That means every one of my bench players that I drafted has now been hurt plus Mostert and Tevin Coleman who I picked up last week for insurance on Mostert. This year is crazy.

NFL’s @RapSheet says George Kittle is also dealing with a bone bruise on the same knee as his MCL sprain. Still, he’s going to try and play on Sunday against the Giants.

Per Rotoworld,
quote:

Jaguars WR D.J. Chark (chest) is "trending upward" for Thursday Night Football against the Dolphins.
NFL Network's Tom Pelissero said the team's final call on Chark's availability would come closer to game time. Jags wide receivers have a tasty matchup against an injury-ravaged Miami secondary that's given up the third most passing yardage through two weeks. If Chark can't go, Keelan Cole -- who leads the Jaguars in targets -- becomes an intriguing upside play against the Dolphins. Rookie Swiss army knife Laviska Shenault would also get a bump with Chark out.

This uncertainty is killing me.

BTW, anyone know where I can find Gruden's number? Josh Jacobs absent from practice. I'm wondering if I need to add Jalen Richard to my current collection of crap RBs picked up to replace Barkley and my limping or on IR bench RBs.

Well, I have some clarity for you...

WR DJ Chark Jr. (chest/ back) has been downgraded to OUT and will not play in tonight’s game.
