No, rules state ACTIVE ROSTER.
2. A player is eligible to be rostered as a minor leaguer until he reaches 400 AB or 150 IP.
a) Players that reach the threshold limits above must either be moved to the active roster or released.
b) Minor leaguers can NOT be on the active roster until they are called up to the major leagues.
c) Once a player has played in a MLB game, he can be moved back and forth from the minors to the active roster until the threshold is hit. Once that happens, the player can no longer be placed on a minor league roster, even if the player is actually no longer on an MLB active roster.

Well frick. I guess I read 'active roster' to mean the 18 spots gaining stats, not the bench.

But could you tell Clams in that text to do set his optimal lineup, if it's not too much trouble.
Since being moved to a set-up role, Aaron Sanchez has been throwing flames in the late innings for the hottest team in baseball. Yet Clams hasn't started him in a month. You'd think those holds, K/9'could Impact a week's matchup.

I asked clams to send me the two minor league guys he was going to cut when he got my two minor leaguers, he declined saying he was just going to move them to his bench. i told him I dont think that's allowed. That's how we left off

I apologize for the roster issues. I was out of town last week, no excuse and tried to get a deal done. Knat mentioned my roster might be illegal once the trade went through and was accepted. I had a couple of guys that I was planning to move around and was not near the computer when the trade was accepted. I tried on my phone with little success, I should have asked a commissioner to do it for me.
I will forfeit my wins from last week since I had an illegal lineup, if needed. I was not trying to circumvent the system or league rules in regards to minor league players and roster eligibility.

Personally, I don't think any action needs to be taken. He didn't gain any advantage (present or future) with what was done. it also didn't affect the outcome of any matchups.
I think it's pretty much a non-issue at this point.
