I am baffled by all these frickers and their inability to follow some simple rules.

Whats up with you not meeting the innings limit?

Also, what happens in regards to the wins being transferred over.

Personally, I don't think any action needs to be taken. He didn't gain any advantage (present or future) with what was done. it also didn't affect the outcome of any matchups.

I think it's pretty much a non-issue at this point.

I second this, he's just an idiot, not an evil genius.

My problem was he had the illegal roster coupled with not starting an optimal lineup.

I don't know him, I don't know Redd, I don't know Boo, I don't know Rondo, and I don't know Earl.

I know yall all came down on Papz pretty hard. Granted, in hindsight, what he did appears worse.

But I'm worried about favoritism the "overseers" are going to have with owners they're familiar with over ones they're not -- such as myself.

Just how I feel about the whole situation.

Sounds like you have some hard decisions to make in dropping some players. Intentionally losing is messing with the integrity of the league. Which is what Rolldatroll did last week.

You, along with others disagreed with me when I said the roster sizes were to small for this type of league. So when the situation pertains to you, intentionally forfeiting shouldnt be an option.

We do it based off of intention. Papz kept guys rostered to avoid having to drop players. Clams just had to switch guys and didn't.

Not setting an optimum lineup, while frowned upon, isn't illegal.

im not intentionally losing. Ive actually won my last 4-5 weeks, including wins against the top 2 teams. Im not going to drop someone i dont want to.

Who else besides Aaron Sanchez???
by the way, Clams has won Sv+hd the last two weeks since Sanchez returned, so that didnt affect anything.

Also, like ive already stated, my opinion is based on the fact that no scores were affected and no advantage was gained, and NOT that I think Clams is a nice guy and meant no harm or whatever the frick you are implying.

You cant make the rosters any bigger in this league. As much as i would have benefited from it. THere would be no one worth adding on the waiver wire

I'm implying that I don't know if I'll get the same benefit of the doubt that Clams got when I frick up.

I guess that's what I signed up for. I'm not mad. It is what it is.

Whether one chooses to acknowledge it or not, there is a double standard when it comes to these things amongst the "regulars". I've always felt that way as well.

I also think these type of things are always way blown out of proportion. It's the first year and while some are experienced with these type of settings and rules, most are accustomed to the standard stuff.

This is also just my general feelings... not pointed at any specific incident.

What Papz did was way worse than what Clams did.

I think Clams needs to be punished in some fashion though...can't have people thinking he is getting the TDXX favoritism. Also don't want to start having exhausting discussion on the intent of rule infractions. Infractions are infractions.

Maybe he loses a 2nd round pick or gets bumped to the end of the draft...something less extreme than Papz but still punishment.

Let me break it down to you like this:

I've known rondo in these leagues for years. I know what kind of person he is. I want nothing more than to see him lose 0-12 every fricking week. That being said, if he did what clams did, then my opinion would be exactly the same.

And it would have been the same for any of the other owners in this league. There is nothing in my long history on this site that would remotely suggest otherwise.

This is all I am saying.

Not saying w punishment has to happen, but yall -- the overseers -- need to discuss it. At the end of the discussion, if yall feel no punishment needs to be handed down, OK then.

But what Clams did was dismissed immediately.
