Link?
We are discussing it on here. you are reading all of it. I gave my opinion. I'm only 1/5 of the rules committee. Nothing has been dismissed.

Are you asking us to Brady clams, cause thats what it sounds like.

Fields is the only droppable guy there. WE shall see. Im waiting to see if Boyd gets 2 starts this week.

I think Clams needs to apologize....and be FIRED!

There was also some backchanneling, we don't discuss everything in here.

what y'all did was pretty different though.
i didnt realize he had MLB guys on his MiLB bench that he could have interchanged. There is literally no difference what slots they are in. though i do think the rules should probably reflect that going into next year

Not at all. I don't think it's a big deal and should just be brushed under the rug.

Yes the situations were completely different... which is why I wasn't comparing the two at all. It's just a general feeling I have.
On that note, I like the "counsel" that was assembled for this league. So this isn't a dig towards it. I think redd, Earl, and even rondo, who's surprised me, come off as pretty unbiased and fair guys.

Fwiw, I don't think he should be punished.
I do think the rules on activating dl players needs to be more clear. Someone didn't activate a player the day he became eligible this past week.

the first 45 Pitchers from top to bottom in QS are all rostered.
Buerhle has as many or more QS as king felix, matt harvey, chris archer, kluber, jon lester, MadBum, Chris Sale, or Johnny Cueto.

I absolutely agree with this.

I also think these type of things are always way blown out of proportion.
Likewise. I tend to lean on the side of belief that people have integrity and are good individuals.
I'm just concerned about the double standard that you mentioned above. And if it's just something I have to deal with to be in this league, OK then. But I think there are other avenues that can be explored to ease other owner's minds on this matter.

Fantrax monitors DL guys. Sometimes they are a day off. You cannot make moves if you have an active guy still on your DL

The hitters he mixed up... no big deal because he did have two guys he could switch out.
Now moving a MiLB pitcher to his starting lineup for a week... that I see as more of a problem.

Not against the rules.

gonna be hard for me to meet my IP requirements this week. All my pitchers are injured and i dont have roster spots to stream.

I said the roster sizes were to small for this type of league.
Roster size isn't an issue, imo. I think it's DL size that can be increased and I was going to propose that this offseason. Just increasing DL spots from 3 to 5 would open up available lineup spots for those teams that need it. Let's face it, you can easily get screwed if you have more than 3 guys on the DL and none of them have MiLB eligibility left.
