True. I have never done it that way, so Im afraid that It would drive me insane. Waiting for picks to come through....breaking news popping....how many days?

It takes however long it takes. With something like a 4 or 6 hour time limit per pick, it shouldn't last long.

We could start this coming Monday and be done by Friday more than likely.

Again, this is a supplemental league to most. Changing up the format just makes it something different. There really isn't a difference considering most people in the league should have an idea of what they are doing. It's not like they are going to go email Matthew Berry for an opinion on a pick

Are you going to be around the fantasy board all season? You got a douchey edge to you that would fit well in this league.

The number of leagues I'm in does nothing to change the fact that I will kick your arse in both leagues this year

I think being in a ton of leagues helps because it forces you to treat it like a business. It sucks during games, however, because you never know who to cheer for and you tend to have a lot of conversations like this with yourself:

"Yes, touchdown Rice!...oh crap, I'm playing against him in 2 other leagues."

You also find youself on Monday night cheering for a player to score at least 15 points, but not over 18.

Im going to start a new thread for this league. Makes it easier to clear everything up and organize it.

Since this is a fantasy board league, it would be fun to do it through a slow draft in a thread. That way, everyone could look in and comment on picks and strategies, etc

I like that idea

100 bucks isn't really high stakes. Why not make it a $150 or $200?

arent you the guy that started the thread the other day "best of the best TD league" then declared a $40 buy in?

Go for it.

I'd like someone else to take the lead since I'm dealing with organizing the Hornets Talk league

8 to 10...is 14 hours...so we'll only get 3-4 picks done/day?

At 150 picks well be into week 3 before the draft ends?

Also Im on the west coast. But i can adapt.

Most of the time, someone won't take the full 4 hours

Yes

Just because you have 6 hours doesnt mean you should use it. It's only there in case you are busy.

Picks are encouraged to take a few minutes unless physically impossible

if everyone is around at 1 time, you can knock out a good 5-6 rounds

Okay....take your turn fast...then ill wait to make sure that my guy doesn't go down or something like Dez bryant murders his mom doesn't happen before my turn runs out.

Imagine having the 5th pick yesterday and grabbing mathews an hour before the game.

I have no idea what your talking about. I have a thread for a Go Big or Go Home league I was trying to start. It's started as a $40 dollar buy in. Still on the first page.

You guys are definetly a skiddish bunch eh?
