I don't think it was Banded Clovis. Sounds like that member was kicked right after that trade.

Commish should probably be banned from this board so he can't scam people again next year. Seems like we're up to 3 different users corroborating him being a scumbag

No one has been scammed.
And don't worry about future leagues as there's no way I'm ever inviting a bunch of random players from TD into a league again.

There are 12 people in the league and only 3 have been a problem. That doesn't even come close to "almost everyone".
One tried to dump his team after a shitty start to the season.
The second one is Banded Clovis who gave away his best player to you for scraps in a very shady trade and then continually attacked me personally. I let the trade go through since only one other person spoke up in opposition and did not engage until he crossed the line and was kicked out.
The third player is you, the recipient of awful trades from the first two players in what could be seen as collusion.
The rest of us are trying to make the best of a bad situation which you are actually at the center of.

Yeah don’t be a bitch. Give them their money back and bench every player on those teams- or don’t fricking kick people for bad trades. Just veto and move on. Jesus you’re a terrible commish

The lineup in question is fine NOW…this change happened after I said something. He wasn’t going to adjust the lineup and he basically said so trying to tie it to a league poll that he made where a few other teams didn’t set their lineups(I’m assuming they’ve given up). He wanted to take control of setting those lineups going forward and also “retroactively” go in for the previous few weeks and adjust the scores of those teams. We put it to a vote and that was shot down almost unanimously. He then used that vote to say he didn’t have to change his 2nd teams lineup even though they aren’t comparable situations.
He said he didn’t need to be questioned about it and I was booted shortly after. It’s been extremely questionable management. And you can say what you want about my trade but I don’t know any of these people. I have screenshots from the league that show this guys true colors. I don’t see how he can justify his actions whatsoever. Straight up power trip. Awful

The only thing I would change in your actions is refund the kicked players. You clearly didn’t set a bad lineup and the trade was atrocious.
