Weed is far from a performance enhancer. If that's the only substance he is "abusing" then the best thing for his mental state is probably just retiring from football altogether and moving to a state where it's recreational use is legal and just live his life. Or if he's still interested in football but wants smoke then move to Canada and join the CFL.
