Mixon owners: We getting worried about preseason performance?

Mixon is supposed to break out this year and is being drafted in the 2nd round/early 3rd in most. I snagged him last night at the end of the 3rd cause RBs after him got thin but his preseason stats look pretty terrible.
3 att. 9 yds. 3 YPC (1 catch for 24 yd. TD)
4 att. 8 yds. 2 YPC (1 catch 1 yd.)
6 att. 7 yds. 1.2 YPC (1 catch 23 yds)
I know preseason is preseason but I got a bad feeling Gio is gonna carve into his production and may faze Mixon out entirely if he’s averaging less than 3 YPC.

Preseason is such a strange gage, no type of flow or real situations... For those you are concerned about, let them play a couple of actual games first.

No. But it depends on where you drafted him and what you expect out of him. If you’re expecting him to be a RB1, you’re going to be in for a long season. But with his volume of work he will put up RB2 numbers comfortably

Bingo. I don't think it would be too good if he's your RB1, but RB2? I think he could be a really good RB2 for you.

Maybe I'm just crazy, but I think he's going to be a top 10 RB.

The potential is there. He’s going to get a ton of carries, especially at the goal line and he’s been integrated more in the passing game.
But his ceiling to me is limited because of the OL. If they could get their heads out of their asses I can see him being top 10. I don’t see it happening, though.

I don't think it's crazy it could certainly happen. At least Cincy's OL is better than last years.
