Don't really remember any big ones in years past, but this year I traded Deandre Swift and Deebo Samuel for Drew Brees and Mark Ingram.

I had Kirk Cousins at QB prior to that and was looking for an upgrade there.

This trade went down prior to week 6. Swift has averaged 16.4 in the games he's played since then. He was averaging 9.75 before that. Deebo has been out some but in the 3 games he's played since then he has averaged 17.67.

Brees of course got hurt in week 10 after week 6 was a bye, averaging 17.75 in the games he played. Ingram has missed two weeks since (3 if he doesn't play tomorrow), and has averaged 3 points in the games he did play. He has long since been dropped to waivers.

Traded away Demarco Murray in 2014 for Jamaal Charles

Murray was the NFL leading rusher that year

Why draft rookie RBs if you going to cut them after one week?

The same reason you drop anyone else, I valued them less than the rest of my roster and the highest waiver priority at the time.

I used to do the same but I recently have tried to hold onto rookies longer being that I am in a keeper league and some of those guys become second half the season league winners. Miles Sanders won me a championship last year. This year I held on to a few guys longer than I should have (Ruggs, Dillon) but those guys are basically lottery tickets

I spent $35 FAAB on Benny Snell after Week 1 this year . We get $100 for the season. Fortunately, I'm still 10-2 so it hasn't really cost me.

Most recently it's drafting Kenyan fricking Drake in the 2nd round of my work league this year.

All time it's trading away Allen Robinson for Fred Warner and a 3rd round pick in my dynasty league before this season started. Not a total loss because Robinson only has like 70 more points on the year and I'm going to flip that 3rd in a package for another 1st round pick when I already have 2 1sts. This year's rookie draft is so top heavy I've got to move up again.

I dropped OBJ his rookie year early on. Drafted Saquon first overall last year too.
