Pay out will probably be the main thing. We're probably not going to vote on every little detail. Most things will either make sense or not.
The max/minimum will be set to 1000/1200 innings pitched. I looked at the number Honk suggested and it makes sense. If one pitches 50 innings per week, you still won't go over 1200. This will also help with people who want to limit streaming.
Transactions per week is one more thing that needs to be discussed. Default was 7 and I adjusted it to 5. Is there a majority preference here? We can split the middle and do six as well. I just don't to hear anyone complaining about streaming abuse(I have no issues with it myself).

I'm was fine with the 1400 that I originally set. Just trying to nip any issues before it happens. We'll chop the difference and do 1300 max.

i only suggested 1200 due to having 16Ts

FWIW I liked this structure

I think 1400 IP works. I haven’t done a roto in ahwile though

Every roto league I've done has only allowed lineups to be set weekly. I've also seen where you set your weekly lineup and then your allowed to make changes to it on thursday if need be. I'm not sure I'd like daily lineups in roto

I've never done a weekly league in roto or standard. I'd pass the baton here and chuck up some deuces if weekly were to happen.
