All of my reasoning may not have been correct but I think it is fair to say that if you picked this guy in the 2nd or 3rd then you are probably pretty disappointed right now.

His 17 game pace is alright, other than TD.

161 targets (great)
115 receptions (great)
1169 yards (fine)
2 TDs (gross)

Not sure how you calculated that but those numbers aren’t right. Even if you give him the best case scenario and take out his week 2 game since he was hurt and include the whole 18 game season and take out the bye. Fantasy season usually Over before week 18 bc teams are resting player. Still isn’t bad but Pittman has two good games that are inflating his numbers. From a fantasy perspective, he only had 3 games that you were happy with his output.

I took his totals, divided by 8 (games he’s played) and then multiples by 17. I may have messed it up, I’m on my phone. If you want to give him a 0 for his game missed:

144 targets
102 receptions
1039 yards
2 TDs

Disappointed Sam Ehlringer is QB, sure

Pittman’s 17 game pace based off his 6 games with Matt Ryan

173 targets
125 catches
1346 yards
3 TDs

for a guy drafted as WR2. Never said it would be pretty but that’s the exact volume you were buying

Those numbers would’ve put him at WR8 in PPR last year, but I digress. Go off king!

I wasn’t trying to say he hasn’t been disappointing. Just that his 17 game pace isn’t terrible.
