Hahaha this might be my first auction draft but I will be a seasoned vet once draft time comes around. All about manipulation, bold strategies, and a little work. Can't wait!

Once we get the owners in we will vote, but I say trash the extra flex and have 14 man rosters. We don't use kickers or def anyway.

Agreed. I know we will have a format vote, but I like:
14 teams per conference
6 make playoffs (keep the same)
Return to one flex (QB, 2rb, 2wr, TE, flex, 7 man bench)

Hate losing the second flex in this league but I can't imagine that trash that will be started there in a 14 teamer
