guess he can get by with high volume pass catching RBs. but i woulnt want to rely on those WRs

He definitely has the horses. Those guys catch the ball, too. I opted for Ajayi over Murray b/c I think Henry is going to have a larger role, but both of those guys can shine.

3 potential top 12 guys (a lot has to go right) vs 1 high end piece
I can see the appeal to both sides. i wouldnt go all in like that on a RB in the trade (and 3 on the team) but i get it
i also think there is a little more to it than Hyde becoming Devonta Freeman and Devante Parker becoming Alshon Jeffery. In the same breath, David Johnson scoring 20 TDs again isnt likely and who knows if Ayjayi is a 1200 yard back

saw a stat today that last night ajayi was on the field for all 3rd and longs, I think they're going to work him in as a receiver more this year. He was a pretty damn good receiver in college
Hyde is a top 20 or so back with upside and parker is a talented dude that cutty clearly loves.

I prefer Murray over Ajayi, so it works for both of us. I was not trying to buy Ajayi at all, but not else made a bid when I raised the price to $33.

Nah. I looked at my lineup before and after this trade. I am happy with it.
Of course, I gave up plenty of talent. I got the guy with the top ADP or AAV in fantasy.
I will be going out and trying to get Parker in my other two leagues. Would not hate getting a share of Hyde as well.
My WR's are very weak, but I do not see this team struggling to get points.

Trades are not in a vacuum, gent. Like Port said, this feels like an early win/win (based on roster construction).
Port had two horses in DJ and Thomas, but there would be a lot of iffy starters if you are banking on a Marvin Jones or JJ Nelson to eat. Now, he knows he is rolling with Hyde, Ajayi, Thomas, Parker, and Watkins for 5/6 spots. I think it makes the team better.
I was upgrading from Ajayi to DJ. It would cost me Hyde and Parker to get it done, but I had some guys not terribly far off. I replaced that pair with Cam Mere and Randall Cobb. Not as good, but definitely worth the upgrade.

No, Port and I have different roster constructions. He went very top heavy in $75 and $57 guys. My most expensive player was $53 and no one else broke $40. We have different needs.
