Thoughts on Achane for the year?(Nico trade)

Have the ability to trade Nico for achane. (14 team)
I only have to play 1 rb and have Monty, Kenneth Walker, Gainwell, Kendra, Akers for that spot (or two if I want to throw one in 2 flex spots)
Playing 4 WRs with Jefferson, AJ, Puka, Terry/Nico
Andrew’s is my TE and Herbert qb.
Do we think Achane could be something special this year as the year progresses or are Mostert, Wilson, Ahmed going to be too much of a crowd to keep him from being more than a part time player at his size.
I’m leaning that he will be more of a gadget player that will occasionally pop a big end around or screen but think that will be highly inconsistent while Nico may actually be breaking out into a garbage time juggernaut and has significant WR2 with upside potential.

No way I'd give up a sure thing in Nico for a maybe, might be a thing RB. You can do MUCH better.

Thanks. How I feel. Achane very intriguing to me in that offense but I really feel good about Nico.

Because I live down here and they’re VERY high on achane, mostert probably has about 2 weeks left before he has his annual injury swoon, and I have a ton of WRs for a 14 team league

It just depends if/when Mostert gets hurt. From my understanding Achane may have a role this week.

Even so, at that point there’s probably 2 better plays every week unless you are wildly confident in the matchup and game script for Miami and even then it’s a shot in the dark. Why trade a starting player for that?

Looks like a Mike McDaniel’s offense found another productive RB. I don’t know why so much pessimism on an Achane flyer.

he's still available in my league. I don't need him but I'm #1 in the waiver order and I'm picking him up anyway
