Undervalued/overvalued players

With drafts coming up, who are some players you are targeting or avoiding in the top 100 relative to their ADP?

I’m just going based on ESPN ADP.
I don’t like Saquon at RB 2 (3 overall) with all of the miles he had on him last season. I would go with Gibbs, Jefferson, and CeeDee over him.
Puka at WR5 worries me a bit with the uncertainty of Stafford right now, same goes for Adams at WR14. If Stafford is healthy at the start of the season that worry goes away.
I won’t let Rashee Rice drop too low in my league, I know he’s serving a suspension, but I want him for the playoffs, I don’t care if I don’t have him for the first 5 games of the season, I’ll just draft WR heavy. He was very good in PPR before going out last season.
In my Superflex league I’m hoping to go WR/RB in the first 2 rounds and pickup Dak or Goff in the third.

Puka.
I’ve seen him as high as WR 3 or 4 overall.
There isn’t a shot in hell if ever take him that high.
Even if Stafford is healthy I think Adams is going to cut into his targets hard due to Stafford’s historical propensity to throw down the field when the option is there. Adams seems to be undervalued and Puka WAY overvalued for two guys who will likely be pretty close if everyone stays healthy.
Saquon.
History is almost 100% that his 2024 workload will result in a fairly heavy decrease in production this year.

Josh Downs was a player I went to the well a bunch on in DFS as a punt play some weeks.
Talented player who will most likely go off if Daniel Jones indeed locks up that QB which it looks like he will?
I think if you got him in Round 9 of season long drafts you could certainly do worse.

The answer to the undervalued question is the same as it’s been for nearly a decade:
