Which FA RB or WR should I target?

I'm in a 14 team league and I'm 1-3 mostly due to Saquon being out 
I have Joe Mixon, Bijan, Devonta Smith, Marquise Brown as my top RB/WRs.
Should I target a WR or RB? I have the #1 waiver wire position?

just my opinion but I think the best course of action is just waiting it out and hoping for positive regression.
Mixon and Bijan have their best performances ahead of them, and you'd be selling low to get anything in a trade.
I'm skeptical that anything out there is going to help you more than those guys getting on track.

I plan to keep those main guys and drop someone on my bench. I have Perine, Tyler Boyd, Zay Jones and Tyler Lockett riding the bench. I feel like I need an updgrade

Maybe Mingo then if you're in a pinch. He had 7 targets this past game and they may throw 60 passes this next week vs Miami.

Only guy on that list that probably gets picked up waivers is Emari and maybe Kendre. None of those guys is winning you your week. Sit back and pick up a player after waiver but none of those guys worth a #1 claim.
