80 per slice, no? I've never seen a 40 cal slice of bread.

No, it's 80 for two. There are light breads out there (very thin, small slices) that are low calorie. Seems like Sara Lee makes one as well.

1500 gross or Net calories, I am guessing at 130 lbs thats gross, you are going to be fine, 100 x weight is loss, over 200 - 400 is maintenance. Eat a lot of fish, chicken and veggies, good fats in nuts (peanuts for you dirty minds)

That's what I was thinking. How much does this guy weigh? 800 lbs? I'm north of 200 lbs and I ran 5 miles at 7.0 and still only burned 550 calories.

also fwiw, per my calorie calculator, an 800# person would have to jog for 25 min to burn 1500 calories...

The reason I said that is according to one of the doctors I work with 1 mile = 100 calories pretty much across the board.

7 mile jog done in 75 min x 17.7 cal/min = 1327+-

walking 20 min x 8.8 cal/min = 176+-

The thing is, a 90# person and a 230# person don’t burn the same amount of calories to go a mile? Same thing as a civic and an eighteen wheeler. The larger object is going to require more fuel to move the same distance as the smaller object.
