Nah not doing a brisket, doing some ribs, burgers, and hot dogs today. Did a pulled pork the other day so I have plenty left over from that still as well

I’ve got a couple racks of ribs. Just trying to figure out what time I want to fire up the bullet.

I did mine overnight and finished it in the morning.

Tried separating the brisket into point and flats and then smoking yesterday. Was pleased with the results. Pulled one point off midday to make burnt ends. Also made pork burnt ends, a turkey breast, tequila lime chicken wings, and sausage. Fun day!

Putting a 12 pound prime brisket on the Weber Smokey Mountain tonight for an overnight cook.

When it’s done right, I LOVE smoked turkey breast.

And it’s so simple. Seriously, the easiest thing you throw in a pit besides sausage.
