Curious what you classify as “Latin American” because Mexican is way different than food in Costa Rica and other Central American countries or food in Cuba and Puerto Rico.
Anything that is directly south of our border, to the tip of Tierra del Fuego, and the Caribbean Island Nations. I like that food a lot.

British food is like eating Styrofoam. German and Russian foods both live in mediocrity.
For the best food … and I’m talking like the authentic shite if you went and visited that country:
1 - Indian
2 - Thai
3 - Japanese
4 - Moroccan
5 - French
Argentina, Brazil, Peru are all right in the mix as well
I lived in Rio de Janeiro in 2012 and got to travel around and there is some pretty amazing food down there in South American
For the best food … and I’m talking like the authentic shite if you went and visited that country:

British food is horrible, Ethiopian also is bad. Russian rounds out the top 3 worst for me.
