Franks Red Hot
Texas Pete Hotter
Garlic Parm
Slayer sauce from Wild Wing Cafe
Will usually pop on Garlic Buffalo when eating out as one of the sauces. Not real picky when it comes to wings as long as they aren’t breaded.

I like to bastardize any buffalo sauce base I find in the store.
Roast a bunch of garlic until soft. Blend that with a little bit of olive oil. Throw that into a pot with the buffalo base. Add a little sugar and seasonings. Simmer for a bit.
Have a buddy that makes a good curry wing that Id say is one of the better flavors on chicken as well.

If you’re ever in Denver there is a place called fire on the mountain. Their spicy peanut sauce is the best I’ve ever had on wings

Smoked then fried lemon pepper, then sauced in a mixture of buffalo, honey and lemon! Straight fire!

I worked at Wing Zone (RIP) as well as pluckers, as well as own a restaurant that serves the best wings in Liverpool (we brine them 24 hrs in Guinness mixture, then smoke, then bake, then fry to order).
So, I’m a self-appointed expert.
The best wing flavor is garlic parm from Wing Zone, which we call jazz sauce at our place.
It’s Buffalo hot, cut with butter, mixed with minced garlic and grated parm. It’s got so much flavor.

Had spicy peanut butter wings from a food truck once that were incredible.
My favorite are regular buffalo hot wings, though

Buffalo, and not surprisingly the best version I’ve had was from the Anchor Bar.
