You are fricking up if you don't get the banana pudding.

The banana pudding is good.

There's a Buc-ees in Auburn and when I am down there, I sometimes go there for lunch. All their sandwiches are good, but the BBQ turkey is my favorite. Their salads are also good.

The candied jalapeños are great on tacos.

Texas cheesesteak burrito is my go to and it is good, although expensive. Every food item at Buc-ee’s is expensive though. $30/lb for beef jerky is ridiculous.

Also, maybe an unpopular opinion, but the sandwich bread at Buc-ee’s sucks…

do not check the calories in that cheesesteak burrito

I get two of those, a chopped brisket sandwich, buccees chips, a 44oz DDP, a big arse cookie, and a large back of the spicy funyun knockoffs.

It's the only place where I embrace my inner fatass besides a good boudin shop.

Checked calories... 820. I expected worse.

A lot worse.

If they sold all this stuff at McDonald’s, people would disparage it. If the McRib was sold at Buc-ee’s, it would be more of a hit.

Brisket and egg breakfast burrito. Going to the beach I’m usually hitting Buc-ee’s in the afternoon/evening so I make sure I stop on the way out to get one of these. It’s a great breakfast burrito.

This is how Buccee's goes for us.
Utilize the nice clean bathrooms, then hit the food.
Wife and kid each get about 5 different things. I get nothing. They take 1 bite of each and "didn't like it".
I proceed to eat what they didn't.
not much further down the road, I have to stop and utilize a bathroom that is not nice and clean...

Sausage, egg & cheese biscuits are fantastic. Can't really go wrong with any of their sandwiches. Also love the jalapeno & honey beef jerky

Bacon egg and cheese biscuits are very good. Paid $9 for a chopped brisket sandwich yesterday in Baytown Buckees and have decided that’s now more than I want to pay so will try that Cheesesteak Burrito if reasonably priced. They get all my gas money.

Smoked turkey sandwich. I’d like the sliced brisket sandwich better if they would omit the BBQ sauce. Sometimes if you can catch them slicing the brisket up I’ll ask them to make me one without BBQ sauce and it’s pretty good for a gas station to be honest.
