Everyone says my Caesar salad is the best they've ever had.

3 heads of romaine, chopped into roughly 1" squares
3/4 cup shredded parm
1 cup shaved parm
Croutons if you like them
1tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
Brianna's Caesar dressing (secret ingredient )

Put the chopped romaine in the freezer for 5 minutes, then put back in the fridge until ready to assemble

Mix the dressing, shredded parm and pepper into the romaine. I use about 3/4 of the bottle of Brianna's, but maybe start with half bottle and work in more to your taste. Garnish with the croutons & shaved parm.

I tried literally every store-bought Caesar; Brianna's is far and away the best.

Note: it is very good dressing. Brianna's is made in the same town as Blue Bell Ice Cream.

Another one of their dressings, Blush Wine! Mixed Lettuce, with cheese, Chopped Walnuts and Chopped Strawberries!

The best Caesar I've ever had, Sal and Sam's in NOLA.

If you want to try a great dressing, City Cafe in BTR. Get the Pecan Crusted Chicken, They will also Grill the Chicken. It comes on a bed of Spinach, you can substitute Mixed Greens or Romaine. The dressing is a Warm Bacon Honey Mustard. Worth a try, you'll enjoy. Get a half order of Shoestring Onion Rings for a starter!

The best Caesar salad I've ever had was at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant inside Harrah's in Vegas. I still think about that salad regularly.

My favorite in BR used to be DeAngelo's (RIP).

Having trouble thinking of a really good on in BR now. Will have to try some of the suggestions here.
