Had nothing at home to cook so I stopped by the grocery with this thought in mind. This is just what I threw together and it was fantastic. The dish was large enough for 2 and 1/2 sheets.
Box of oven ready lasagna sheets
Rotisserie chicken
Bottle of alfredo(If I had more time I would have made a béchamel)
Small ricotta cheese
Shaved Italian cheese blend
Mozzarella cheese - shredded and slices
1 egg
1 jar pesto
2 tbsp. sour cream
Italian seasoning
Heat the alfredo in a sauce pan and add shredded chicken. I used about 3/4 of it
Mix the ricotta, egg, sour cream and pesto in large bowl. Season if desired.
I poured the juice from the chicken bag in the casserole dish then added a bit of the alfredo with none of the chicken in it.
Layered as one normally would: sheet/chicken/slices/ricotta/sheet
I topped the last layer with the shredded cheeses then a decent amount of Italian seasoning. Bake as directed on the box(35 minutes covered then 10 uncovered at 400)

No offense, but hell no to that "lasagne".
