FBD is a Fresh from Civil Society at The Kilted Mermaid. Cool little craft beer town.
I believe Vero Beach is a seriously under the radar town. Going to a concert in the Riverside Park tonight and will probably check out another live band tomorrow on Ocean Drive.
I also discovered that my son, who lives in the DC area can fly into Vero Beach direct for $59 each way, although there is only a flight on Thursday and Sunday) That's nice, because we live 3 minutes from the rinky dink airport (think "Wings" sized airport), and I hate driving to Orlando to pick him up.
Sorry if too much information, but it's been a rough week and I'm gonna enjoy this weekend.

I have heard about that. I live one mile from Dodgertown, which is across the street from the airport. It used to be the home of the Dodgers Spring Training.
Last night, Dodgertown was packed with cars and the stadium lights were on. No idea what was going on.
