why wouldn't it be deductible?

Because Obama changed all of the laws and rules that apply to charity donations and hogs for a cause doesn't fall into the deductible category.

I'm glad it was cancelled tonight. It will at the very least not make the grounds worse. Thousands of people walking on that turf could be detrimental to our hog heaven tomorrow.

We are working on refund process but we will honor friday tix for tomorrow. As you can imagine pivoting in a lot of directions right now. We are also working on a process to do a donation if possible.

See everyone tomorrow

If you buy tickets to an outdoor event, you run the risk of weather interference.

If you dont want to risk it, wait til day of to buy tickets

I forsee a bunch of people being butthurt over this, either way

And it's not like a concert or something, it's a fundraiser for pediatric brain cancer that goes directly to families in need. Only a true cheapskate would be hounding for a refund.

If this was for profit it would be completely different. It's not. There is a lot of money being lost by people who are dedicating their time, effort and resources to help kids with cancer.

I just hope people come hungry tomorrow. A handful of teams bought food to serve tonight. Lot of money spent on meats.
