Im also the guy that would never be able to tell the difference unless I ate a bite with a spoon to compare, which I would never do. Its always on a sandwich of some sort with several other ingredients or in a sauce of some kind, thus not sticking out for its flavor.

I will randomly switch between blue plate and dukes without thinking about it..

I don’t like the taste of straight Mayo but when making sauces/dressings/dips with a Mayo base, the finished product taste noticeably better when using Hellman’s.

Blue Plate is a Louisiana product, and since I don't really have a preference between it and Dukes, I typically just buy BP for this reason alone.
