Mr. Ronnie's fresh hot glazed donuts are second to none. They also have some damn good castle burgers.

Mr. Ronnie's is also one of the last 24 hour restaurants in Houma

I think I will pass if they are only in Houma. There is a Mary Lee (yummy!) within walking distance of my home:)

I agree 100%. Mr. Ronnie's is one of the few things I miss since I moved out of that area. Before trying their's, I was one of those who thought all Donuts not named Krispy Kreme's were created equal. I rather Mr. Ronnie's than Krispy Kreme's now.

During my time at Nicholls I ate there quite often. They were really good, but then again, so were Rob's Donuts in Thibodaux.

I grew up in Houma as well and would have to agree they were pretty damn good.

Once I was driving home from a party and I was sitting at the light at St. Charles. Two cops flew through the light with their lights on and then pulled right into Mr. Ronnie's. Guess it was a donut emergency.
